At the turn of the millennium, enterprises worldwide were foreseeing tough challenges for the ensuing decade: projected modest growth, over-reliance on cost cutting and increased productivity to improve profits rather than revenue growth strategies, and increased competition due to industry/corporation mergers and blurring of company differentiation.

Revenue Storm was founded in 2000 to bring fresh thinking and best-in-class methodologies to help business-to-business sales organizations accelerate revenue growth.

With over three decades of combined experience helping sales teams and running successful businesses, Revenue Storm founders LaVon Koerner and Debby Rizzo saw the opportunity to create more rigorous and comprehensive solutions for revenue growth. While the sales training company they managed was successful, it left them unfulfilled as they saw good salespeople exhausted by broken organizational processes and lack of cross-functional support.  Revenue growth should be everyone's job, not just sales teams. The Revenue Storm tools and methodologies were launched in 2000 and clients reported incremental revenue results totaling over $300m in just the first three years. Each year, we develop and refine tools, methods, and consultative interventions that generate better financial results for our clients.

Today, we go far beyond training to assist with improving organizational alignment, building a coaching culture, creating holistic talent management from assessment through development, and augmenting key sales pursuits by assigning strategists to work on a deal until it is won.

The firm is headquartered in Chicago supporting clients in 31 countries and eight languages. Our European office is located in London.
