I try to use the interactive module, but when I enter my name,
nothing happens.
This website requires the use of cookies to
keep track of your responses as you move through the modules.

When I go through the interactive modules, I would like to
print my results before entering my registration information.
It is possible to print any page in the interactive modules.
If you wish to print your results without registering, you
may do so when you reach the Recommendations page. However,
we recommend registering, which will allow you to receive a
complete copy of your report and any downloads by email. You
will also be able to return to the site at any time to log
in and view a copy of your results.
After completing the interactive module,
I don’t receive
an email with my results and downloads.
This service will only
function if you have fully registered and provided an accurate
email address. Check My Info to verify your information. If
it is correct, some corporate email servers or internet service
providers may block our email. You can check with your email
administrator. However, if you are encountering these difficulties,
we recommend you simply contact us, and
we will arrange to provide you the information you need in
the most convenient way.
I’m not able to download my requested
reports.
When
you complete a module and fully register, the reports will

How can I re-take a module?
Simply click My Info to see the
modules you have completed and to re-take any module.
