WHAT WE DO
Coaching to Revenue starts with an interactive workshop to build sales coaching skills based on a 3-Dimensional approach to coaching, leveraging the Revenue Storm proprietary tools. Participants will learn how to create a leadership balance between impactful coaching and necessary inspection and cadence.
Following the workshop, our virtual ‘coach the coach’ sessions provide a platform for you to shine. In these 2-hour sessions, a Revenue Storm Coach will observe your coaching techniques, offering personalized feedback and recommendations for immediate improvement. This feedback, delivered verbally and through a detailed Coaching Scorecard, is tailored to your unique coaching style, ensuring you feel supported and guided at every step.
Sales Leaders or coaches can then become certified as a Revenue Storm Certified Coach.
