The interactive Coaching to RevenueTM workshop builds skills and confidence needed to successfully lead highly valued sales coaching. By leveraging Revenue Storm’s PERFORM coaching framework and tool set, a coach can quickly gain transparency into an account or sales situation and identify areas of risk and opportunities for action.
WHAT WE DO
Attendees observe Revenue Storm coaching a salesperson to demonstrate firsthand the potential impact of the approach, with minimal pre-work. Leaders leave energized to execute their Sales Leadership Plan, which includes their coaching cadence.
The workshop is followed by virtual one-on-one “coach the coach” half-day sessions. During these sessions, the leaders are observed by Revenue Storm while they coach two salespeople to receive personalized recommendations and a detailed Coaching Scorecard.
Delivery of the workshop is available face-to-face over two days, or virtually over four weeks. Virtual sessions are two and a half hours per week with case work and sales tools to be deployed in the field.
