WHAT WE DO
After baselining their current position, participants will create an Account Growth Plan to improve overall account penetration which includes a Bold Account Vision, a Relationship Expansion Plan, and a competitive strategy to create new revenue streams. They will also create a 90-day Execution Plan targeting specific new areas of growth and expansion within the account.
Post-workshop, participants will receive an hour of virtual coaching to further advance their account strategy and Execution Plan.
True sales development is not a one-time sales workshop. We foster cohort learning with discussion boards, mobile learning, gamification, free monthly webinars, and even coaching by the hour, when desired. We measure results with Impact Surveys regularly after workshops and coaching.
