The interactive Coaching to Revenue workshop builds skills and confidence needed to successfully lead highly valued sales coaching. By leveraging Revenue Storm’s PERFORM coaching framework and tool set, a coach can quickly gain transparency into an account or sales situation and identify areas of risk and opportunities for action.

This proven method creates a consistent coaching structure that increases sales performance, levels of motivation, and engagement. The power of this workshop comes from realistic case studies, role playing using their team’s current sales opportunities, and the sharing of best practices.

Attendees observe Revenue Storm coaching a salesperson to demonstrate firsthand the potential impact of the approach, with minimal pre-work. Leaders leave energized to execute their Sales Leadership Plan, which includes their coaching cadence.

The workshop is followed by virtual one-on-one “coach the coach” half-day sessions. During these sessions, the leaders are observed by Revenue Storm while they coach two salespeople to receive personalized recommendations and a detailed Coaching Scorecard.

Delivery of the workshop is available face-to-face over two days, or virtually over four weeks. Virtual sessions are two and a half hours per week with case work and sales tools to be deployed in the field.
