The interactive Coaching to Revenue workshop builds skills and confidence needed to successfully lead highly valued sales coaching.  By leveraging Revenue Storm’s PERFORM coaching framework and toolset, a coach can quickly gain transparency into an account or sales situation and identify areas of risk and opportunities for action.

This proven method creates a consistent coaching structure that increases sales performance, levels of motivation and engagement.  The power of this workshop comes from realistic case studies, role playing using your team’s current sales opportunities and the sharing of best practices.

Attendees observe Revenue Storm coach a salesperson to demonstrate firsthand the potential impact of the approach, with minimal prework.  Leaders leave energized to execute their Sales Leadership Plan, which includes their coaching cadence.

The workshop is followed by virtual 1-on-1 Coach the Coach ½ day sessions.  During these virtual sessions, the Leaders are observed by Revenue Storm while they coach two salespeople to receive personalized recommendations and a detailed Coaching Scorecard.
