Kylie leads our Client Project Managers who are dedicated to providing a seamless Sales to Delivery process for our global clients. Her main goal is to ensure an exceptional experience, while celebrating successes with clients. The result is a happy Revenue Storm fan base that keeps coming back to us for more.

Being proficient and process focused, Kylie is just as good client-facing as she is behind the scenes. With a Master’s Degree in Training and Development, everyone agrees she is the perfect fit for this role. Kylie also is known for her calm demeanor while leading with compassion and showing empathy.

In her free time, she likes to cook food from around the world, listen to music, and have dance parties with her daughter.

CRM Leader

Staci is the driving force behind our client relationship management technology. She aims to leverage automation and software integrations to create an optimal user experience. Staci’s passion for a seamless client journey is integral in optimizing our systems and maximizing efficiency, ensuring each client interaction flows with ease.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role, Staci is armed with Salesforce, Pardot, and Experience Cloud certifications. For more than five years, she has been recognized and maintained her expertise through nine different Salesforce certifications.

With top analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams, her organizational aptitude enables collaboration for strong project execution.

She enjoys walking, watching tv and movies, and playing board games with her family in her free time.

Organizational Performance Consultant

Lori has the critical role of taking our enviable talent and arming them with the insights and tools needed to successfully accelerate revenue for our clients.

Lori never settles for status quo. Her masterful training goes beyond knowledge transfer because she is obsessed with behavior change. She seamlessly blends in her own learnings on change management and neuroscience to ensure our trainers transfer practical application into the hands of each sales organizations we work with.

With a passion for personal change, learning, and habit building, Lori leaves everyone she interacts with feeling smarter. We may need to patent her winning formula for turning highly successful sales leaders into Revenue Storm Superheroes!

Accounting Manager

Kim is responsible for all things financial; everything from invoicing and accounts payable, right through to reporting and payroll. She enjoys working directly with our clients to ensure all financial interactions are completed professionally and in a timely manner. Kim also assists in the preparation of assigned budgets, annual audits, and year-end closings.

Meeting all deadlines, Kim is known for her dependability. She has amazing attention to detail and will take the time to explain information in a way which is easily understood. All of that, plus a great sense of humor makes her an amazing asset to our Revenue Storm Team.

Beyond her financial duties, Kim loves going to country music concerts, spending time with family and friends, swimming, and running.

Senior Development Project Leader

Jen, once dubbed “the most organized person on the planet,” is the driving force behind the seamless production of our materials, dedicated to empowering both learners and facilitators in the classroom. Renowned for her unparalleled organizational skills, she effortlessly manages a multitude of projects across diverse teams, ensuring our clients receive nothing short of excellence.

Bringing a vibrant energy to our workplace, Jen infuses every task with her humor and positivity. In addition to her professional duties, she leads a mindfulness group, fostering a harmonious and balanced environment for all.

A perpetual student of life, Jen embodies the ethos of continuous growth, constantly seeking to enhance her skills and knowledge. With a reputed black belt in communication, she adeptly navigates complex challenges, advocating for innovative solutions through the lens of design thinking.

Manager of Producers & LMS Administration

Traci spearheads our Producing team, oversees LMS administration, and guides our coaching program. She ensures a thriving production environment and continuous learning opportunities for all. Her commitment lies in empowering her team and elevating their collective success.

Traci fosters a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where individuals feel valued and empowered to contribute their best. Her personable, kind, and professional approach and hands-on work ethic create a space where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and working together to achieve shared goals.

Prior to joining our team, Traci graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Psychology. Her deep-seated passion lies in helping others, which fuels her dedication to creating a nurturing and supportive environment within the team and beyond. Traci also shines as a self-taught spreadsheet expert, possessing meticulous attention to detail and a knack for data analysis.

Outside of work, Traci cherishes spending quality time with family and friends, celebrating life’s moments big and small. She also finds joy in practicing Pilates, cooking, and baking!

Executive Administration Manager

Katie wears many hats at Revenue Storm. She is responsible for overseeing our human resources department, as well as supporting our C-Suite. Her diversified role gives her the opportunity to interact with employees across all departments. It allows her to gain a better understanding of the team while staying abreast of the pulse of the company.

Her attention to detail and keen sense of organization contribute to her ability to manage multiple Executives’ calendars. With a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, she is the go-to person when research is needed.

While her career has mostly focused on supporting C-suite executives and HR Managers, she has experience as a corporate recruiter as well. Her background in this area has helped her form connections with employees and potential new employees.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching TV, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Software Product Manager

David has been the leading force behind the continuous improvement of our three CRM Software Applications as our resident Product Manager. Delivering product excellence is his mission, as is keeping close relationships with our clients to understand their evolving needs and provide seamless user experiences.

David joined our team with product experience across multiple industries, including manufacturing, market research, and high-tech. He brings a structured and agile approach to our software development work. He also stays close to broader tech trends by volunteering with Boston-based non-profits focusing on Product Management.

David’s contributions extend beyond his role as a Product Manager. Whether he is gathering clients’ feedback, building our product roadmaps, or rolling out our next great feature, he plays a pivotal role in effectively embedding industry-leading sales methodologies into our Apps, inspiring us all with his strategic insights.

In his spare time, David enjoys traveling to visit his family in France, playing the drums, and riding his motorcycle.

Marketing Manager

Hannah is the dynamic force behind our marketing. She profoundly comprehends diverse target audiences and excels at curating and implementing data-driven digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Her relentless pursuit of continuous improvement and innovation infuses our team with a spirit of creativity and collaboration.

With nearly a decade of marketing expertise, Hannah brings a wealth of experience to our organization. She is deeply passionate about unraveling the intricacies of the customer lifecycle and its profound impact on product journeys. She firmly believes that data is the foundation of any successful marketing endeavor. Hannah specializes in navigating both the macro and micro aspects of marketing campaigns with precision.

Outside of the office, Hannah unwinds by spending cherished moments with her husband and Goldendoodle, Beau, along the sun-kissed shores of 30A. An avid reader, painter, and photographer, she finds solace and inspiration in the beauty of the world around her.
